“Switching to superfast fibre broadband has enabled us to move some of our systems and processes to the cloud. We needed a much faster internet connection to enable certain systems and applications to become cloud based so the upgrade gives us greater working capability and efficiency. We now offer live video account management services to our customers which previously would have been impossible. We’ve also been able to fully move to a VoIP telephone solution that has lowered costs and allowed us to integrate our voice systems into our CRM applications.
